XG Wedge-shaped Sound Absorption Brick
Introduction
This product is mainly produced from inorganic pearlite and cement. The performance of sound absorption has been improved from acoustic impedance transition and increase the number of resonant cavities. This material has advantages of excellent performances of sound absorption and insulation, high strength grade, good weathering performance, ageing resistance and fire prevention. Besides, the raw materials come from a wide variety of sources and they are of low cost.
The unique advantages of this product are shown as follows.
(1) Based on the principle of sound absorption in wedge-shaped bodies, the sound absorption brick is made into the shape of wedge to decrease the reflection of the sound wave and then improve the sound absorption performance.
(2) For improving the sound absorption performance at a specified frequency, air resonant cavities with different volumes have been constructed inside the sound absorption brick using the underwater air bubble resonance absorption principle.
(3) The U-shaped groove structure made from dense plain concrete serves as the compressive part of the sound absorption brick. This structure can effectively improve the compressive strength and help to improve the sound insulation performance of the sound absorption brick.
(4) Pearlite is filled into the U-shaped structure and the side toward the sound source act as the sound absorption part. So the sound absorption performance of the sound absorption brick does not decrease as increasing compressive strength.
(5) Synthetic fiber has been added into the additives to improve the strength of the sound absorption brick.
