Introduction

The company analyzed and summarized the reasons for the lack of low-frequency sound insulation of common hollow glasses. After several optimization designs, they finally eliminated the resonance at low frequency of ordinary insulation glasses, thus greatly improved the low-frequency sound insulation. So that the overall sound insulation of XG ventilation and sound insulation window in a ventilated state exceeds 40dB (Rw) and exceeds 50dB in the closed state. And in the state of natural ventilation, the overall sound insulation can reach more than 20m3/h.
Another feature of the XG ventilation and sound insulation window is that this scientific design solves the contradiction between the ventilation and sound insulation without compromising the effect of sound insulation and the lighting area. This is realized because the engineers put the building sound insulation and ventilation principles into the manufacture of the sound insulation window based on the characteristics of the window structure and air flow. Meanwhile, there is provided a filter cover in the air inlet, which can effectively prevent the outdoor dust, respirable particles and mosquitoes into the room, to improve the quality of fresh air into the room.
Furthermore, XG ventilation and sound insulation window owns a significant energy-saving effect for its heat transfer coefficient is only 29% -56% of a single layer glass and the heat loss can be reduced by about 70%. As a result, the room can play an important role in thermal insulation.
